Warehouse Process Coordinator

Location: On-site in Denton, Texas, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future; international relocation to the United States is not supported.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across two warehouse facilities.
• Manage receipt, storage, distribution, inventory records, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Process warehouse transactions accurately and on time in SAP and OTM.
• Manage factory waste disposal documentation and coordinate waste sales activities.
• Track receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, safety, and delivery metrics.
• Analyze workflows, improve efficiency and space utilization, support WCM and 5S initiatives, balance workloads, and train warehouse employees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of operational experience in the relevant area.
• Knowledge of professional discipline theory, technical practices, and operational procedures.
• Project management knowledge.
• Full-time US work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail for accurate records, transactions, and inventory control.
