Senior Billing Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Own end-to-end daily billing execution across global entities, including order validation, invoicing, and dunning support.
• Oversee the daily output of an outsourced billing support team to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Execute complex invoicing cases such as mid-term upsells, usage true-ups, and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain operating documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to improve the order-to-cash operating model.
• Partner with Revenue Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
• Prepare billing schedules and reconciliations for external audit requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or order-to-cash roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex invoicing, including multi-entity, multi-currency, and usage-based components.
• Strong systems fluency with experience in ERP or billing systems like NetSuite, SuiteBilling, or Zuora.
• Experience with external audits, system migrations, or IPO preparation.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
