What you will do

• Lead group reporting and the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
• Ensure accounting policies and processes remain consistent and compliant across all jurisdictions.
• Map risks and strengthen internal controls to support IPO readiness.
• Manage group finance projects, including the adoption of new reporting standards.
• Champion the use of AI and automation to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate month-end closing processes and lead relationships with external auditors.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm
• University degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 8+ years of experience in financial reporting and controllership at a senior level.
• Solid working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end external audit relationships and group consolidation.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP and consolidation systems like NetSuite or SAP.
• Fluent in English
