What you will do

• Manage incoming supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding across cost centres and entities.
• Process payment runs and perform bank reconciliations within the NetSuite ERP system.
• Review employee credit card and out-of-pocket expenses for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain vendor master data and support month-end close and reporting processes.
• Act as a primary finance contact for assigned regions to resolve payment and invoice queries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a finance team, specifically in accounts payable or expense management.
• Strong proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and numerical data.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet strict deadlines during month-end.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• German or French language skills.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Background in a high-volume, multi-entity organization.
