What you will do
- Own the group’s tax matters, including global VAT and indirect taxes, corporate income tax returns, reconciliations, and tax authority interactions.
- Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation, including Master Files and Local Files.
- Monitor international tax regulations and advise on commercial agreements, international operations, new subsidiaries, and overseas sales offices.
- Lead daily liquidity planning, cash management, currency management, and financial risk procedures.
- Develop and automate treasury processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Report on liquidity, risk, and financial flows while supporting analyses of capital structure, financing, and tax implications.
Requirements
- At least five years of tax experience, ideally with a finance or accounting background in an international group.
- Strong understanding of direct and indirect taxation, group structures, and international operations.
- Experience with financial close processes, reconciliations, and translating tax matters into accounting entries.
- Comfort working hands-on in a fast-growing environment and driving process improvements.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with or interest in liquidity planning and financial analysis.
- Experience working in NetSuite.
