Workday FINs FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning through ServiceNow.
• Administer Workday Financials, including configuration, security, integrations, data quality, and incident resolution.
• Develop and maintain finance reporting and analytics using Workday Report Writer.
• Review finance processes and drive simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and support Workday and Adaptive Planning projects from requirements gathering and solution design through testing and deployment.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, HCM colleagues, and the AMS partner on integrated solutions, change management, roadmap planning, and release updates.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant required.
• At least 2 years of Workday Financials experience with hands-on FP&A exposure.
• Expertise in Workday Financials configuration, business processes, security, and reporting, particularly Financial Accounting and Adaptive Planning.
• Broad knowledge of accounting, planning, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, and treasury processes.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify simpler, more automated ways of working and connect people, processes, data, and technology.
