Workday Business Solutions Analyst (Workday)

Location: Remote, USA; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $88,000–$138,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The posted range applies to roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

What you will do

• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other stakeholders to map processes and define clear, testable technical requirements.
• Lead projects through planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Workday, Greenhouse, and other People Technology systems.
• Create test scripts with requirements traceability and develop concise user guides.
• Communicate project status, decisions, milestones, and launch information to stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support with a focus on accuracy and auditability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, HRIS, or People Technology project management.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce precise, user-focused documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Workday with hands-on experience navigating its functionality as a heavy user.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and authorization to begin work in the U.S. on the first day.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse or other Talent Acquisition technology.
• Workday configuration experience.
