Business Operations Analyst Graduate (Fintech): Building and maintaining operational processes, procedures, controls, and metrics for a growing financial technology business with an accent on audits, customer onboarding, security access, and international expansion. Focus on coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting regulatory certification, and developing scalable operations across the US, APAC, and new distribution channels.

What you will do
- Own day-to-day business operations processes and functions.
- Build and maintain policies, procedures, and controls that support controlled business growth.
- Support external audits, certification processes, customer onboarding, and due diligence activities.
- Work with Security, HR, IT, and hiring managers on access controls, procurement, and employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Support international expansion into the US and APAC, new distribution channels, and operations across different markets.
- Develop operational KPIs and metrics to improve visibility and decision-making.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong motivation, ownership, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues at different levels of seniority.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn workplace technologies such as MS PowerApps.
- Interest in financial technology and capital markets.
