Finance Business Systems Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Monitor BAU support activities for ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, document, and track JIRA incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Identify gaps in P2P, OTC, and R2R workflows and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support ERP process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Integration, and Data teams to pilot and scale AI-driven improvements.
• Maintain governance, documentation, reporting, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets in a structured BAU environment.
• Knowledge of ERP finance processes, including P2P, OTC, and R2R.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, or Power Automate.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are expected.

• Experience applying AI and automation in Finance or ERP operations.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance.
