Accounts Payable Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Process the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice coding, approvals, and exception resolution.
• Coordinate payment runs across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Maintain vendor onboarding and master data, including payment and tax document verification.
• Act as the main payables contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Process employee reimbursements and corporate card transactions while keeping AP accurate for month-end close.
• Complete the AP systems rollout, automate manual workflows, apply AI to coding and matching, and document scalable processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of accounts payable experience, including the full AP cycle.
• Experience handling high invoice volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Hands-on experience with AP and ERP systems, with an ability to improve existing processes.
• Precision, professionalism, and clear communication under deadline pressure.
• Interest in using automation and AI to improve finance operations.

• Experience with Ramp, Zip, or NetSuite.
