What you will do

• Drive strategic planning processes, including long-term plans, OKRs, and key initiatives.
• Partner with the CFO on high-impact projects, board materials, and executive presentations.
• Set direction and standards for group-wide forecasting, performance management, and business steering.
• Develop FP&A capabilities and tools, specifically leveraging AI to rethink financial value creation.
• Build robust financial models and management reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office (Hybrid setup).
• Strong analytical background, ideally from top-tier strategy consulting or a highly analytical environment.
• Proven track record of owning complex problems and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and a hands-on approach to building processes.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in finance, strategy, and value creation.
