What you will do

• Lead a diverse workforce manufacturing critical components through the investment casting process.
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing work content and implementing automation initiatives.
• Develop manufacturing process plans and coordinate personnel, materials, subcontractors, facilities, tooling, and equipment.
• Ensure production targets for cost, quality, and delivery are consistently achieved.
• Review operational reports and resolve manufacturing and maintenance challenges to reduce costs and prevent delays.
• Train staff and promote compliance with safety, environmental, customer, government, EEO, and affirmative-action requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing; Fortune 500 manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong manufacturing and operational knowledge, analytical decision-making, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer orientation, adaptability, and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business.
• Operational experience in a Fortune 500 manufacturing company.
