Manager Facilities Engineering - Electrical

What you will do

• Manage and provide technical direction for electrical facilities systems supporting wafer fabrication operations and construction.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve electrical systems across facility teams and fab modules.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and engineering teams to define site specifications, ensure maintainability, and deliver smooth system startups.
• Prioritize electrical hardening projects and maintain seamless electrical operations for fab production.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams involving engineers, technicians, contractors, and facilities specialists.
• Implement cost controls while maintaining and improving operational systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience as a field electrical engineer, systems electrical engineer, or electrical manager in the semiconductor or related industry.
• Experience writing and reviewing operating procedures and multidisciplinary scopes of work.
• Ability to coordinate and direct project teams, engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Experience overseeing training development and implementation.
• Written and verbal English fluency required; ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, less than 5% annually.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience working in a global matrixed environment.
• Ten years of experience managing medium- to large-scale electrical projects and H/M/L voltage systems.
• Ten years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise with large project management software such as Microsoft Project.
