Finance Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted financial partner to commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, variance analyses, and performance insights for business functions.
• Support budgeting, monthly reviews, cost control, and profitability monitoring.
• Drive annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles.
• Set and apply consistent frameworks for ROI and profitability calculations with the Head of Business Partnering.
• Improve FP&A tools, planning systems, BI dashboards, and financial reporting processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, commercial finance, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, including knowledge of revenue dynamics, cost structures, and unit economics.
• Experience partnering with commercial and operational teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with planning applications and related tools; Oracle NSPB is preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal English.
• Authorization to work in the country of application and proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or technology businesses, or infrastructure and capex-heavy operations.
• Exposure to budget control, headcount planning, or Opex management.
• Professional qualification or progress toward CMA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
