What you will do

• Own the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Pharma Operations and Human Resources.
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations.
• Analyze operational KPIs and cost drivers to identify opportunities and drive business impact.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the Head of HR and Executive Director of Pharma Operations.
• Develop business cases for strategic investments, transformation initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Perform scenario modeling and financial impact assessments to support key business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of performance management.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically with Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Sevenum
