Finance Business Partner (Pharma Operations & HR)

What you will do

• Own planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for Pharma Operations and Human Resources.
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reports, management presentations, and Group-level HR reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, operational KPIs, and cost drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and business impact.
• Partner with the Head of HR, Executive Director of Pharma Operations, and their leadership teams.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and financial impact assessments for investments, transformation, and growth initiatives.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, planning methodologies, financial transparency, and AI-enabled FP&A tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, business case development, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for collaboration across functions and international teams.
• Proactive, analytical approach with an interest in process improvement, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
