Finance Business Partner Sourcing & Category Management

Location: Hybrid, combining home working with collaboration at the office in De Meern, Netherlands

Salary: €8,000–€9,000 gross per month, plus a 15% annual bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Act as the key finance partner to the Chief Product Officer and senior stakeholders in Sourcing and Category Management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, target setting, and long-range planning for the function.
• Drive performance management, margin improvement, profitability, and value creation, including for the own-brand business.
• Support pricing, sourcing, category strategies, strategic investments, and commercial initiatives with financial analysis.
• Translate complex financial and commercial data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
• Build relationships across functions and countries, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to the Finance Leadership Team.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or a comparable senior finance role.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and preferably with commercial, sourcing, procurement, or category management functions.
• Track record of driving profitable growth, margin improvement, and measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical capabilities, financial modelling, investment analysis, and financial systems experience.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is an advantage.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with strategy execution, commercial performance management, pricing, or competitive analysis.
• Dutch language skills.
