TL;DR
Finance Business Partner (Operations Finance/AI): Supporting fulfillment center operations with financial analysis, business cases, budgeting, and recommendations that improve labour productivity and cost structures with an accent on operational decision-making, process improvement, and cross-functional business partnering. Focus on building deep-dive analyses, challenging inefficient ways of working, and translating operational improvements into bottom-line results.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days of home office.

What you will do
- Partner with Operations leadership and support fulfillment center decision-making with financial analysis and recommendations.
- Improve labour productivity, warehouse efficiency, and non-labour cost structures.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and process gaps, then help implement improvements.
- Build business cases, ad-hoc analyses, and deep dives for operational and strategic decisions.
- Participate in monthly financial statements, budgeting, operational planning, and external audits.
- Support cross-functional projects and the development of internal systems.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Controller or Finance Business Partner.
- Experience working with non-finance teams and providing business insight.
- Strong analytical thinking, confidence with complex data, and understanding of business economics and basic accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup/search functions.
- High ownership, independence, reliability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Fluent Czech or Slovak and English at least at B2 level required.
