Senior Financial Analyst (Biotech)

Location: Breda, Netherlands; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports with actionable financial insights.
• Lead monthly close activities, including variance analysis, performance commentary, and COGS reporting.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Develop financial models for business performance, investment opportunities, KPIs, and new product introductions.
• Partner with manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and business leadership teams to guide operational and strategic decisions.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders and collaborate across geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
