Principal Data & Analytics Strategy and Technology Consultant (Healthcare & Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal account teams.
• Lead engagements that identify and solve complex data and analytics challenges.
• Define data strategies, assessments, roadmaps, vision statements, and transformation programs.
• Influence enterprise data architecture, solution design, and technology selection.
• Support presales activities, including opportunity qualification, RFP responses, proposals, and deal closure.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to Healthcare and Life Sciences practice growth, methodologies, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data strategy, governance, maturity, and transformation initiatives in Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations.
• Extensive experience in custom IT services, software development, IT solutions, or implementation environments.
• Experience leading enterprise change management and large-scale data programs.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouses, data science platforms, and internal AI platforms.
• Experience working across the United States and Europe, with knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and the EU AI Act.
• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, TEFCA, and EHDS, plus strong consulting, stakeholder-management, and business-development skills.
