Director Strategy & Transformation Consultant (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale digital transformations for pharmaceutical clients from strategy to execution.
• Design and sell innovative digital strategies focusing on clinical data flows, drug discovery, and manufacturing.
• Drive hirify.global’s market positioning and expand its footprint in key Swiss accounts.
• Identify business opportunities and lead pre-sales and sales activities, including proposal development.
• Mentor and lead a team of 10+ LS professionals, fostering a culture of respect and collegiality.
• Provide domain expertise and training to build organizational capability.

Requirements

• Degree in life science or chemistry, ideally in a quantitative or computational subfield.
• 10+ years of professional experience in consulting or big pharma, including at least 3 years of consulting for pharmaceutical clients.
• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and a strong professional network within the Swiss market.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and systems architecture.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proven leadership experience and the maturity to collaborate with senior management.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or French (C1 level).
• Programming skills in Python and/or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
