What you will do

• Advise C-level executives on AI and Data strategies.
• Guide large-scale digital transformations and support sustainable implementation and scaling of solutions.
• Create new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships in LifeScience.
• Develop logical analyses, innovative recommendations, and high-quality client deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional engagement teams and strengthen delivery capabilities.
• Contribute to practice development and the organization’s growth.

Requirements

• Director, Associate Partner, Partner, or equivalent experience at a consulting firm.
• Data Science background with specialization in LifeScience and Healthcare.
• Proven success developing client relationships and generating business opportunities that lead to client engagements.
• Experience managing a portfolio of healthcare clients generating seven-figure revenue in a consulting-like industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and framing, designing, implementing, and scaling solutions for challenging business situations.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice to have

• French and/or German language skills.
