Salary: $112,600 - $212,700

What you will do

• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for Life Sciences stakeholders.
• Lead transformation projects and develop AI-driven CRM strategies to optimize patient and HCP engagement.
• Build and manage client relationships, leading workstreams and presenting findings via Power BI, Tableau, or PowerPoint.
• Contribute to business development through RFI/RFP responses and identifying project expansion opportunities.
• Develop thought leadership and innovative offerings in AI/Data Science and Operational Analytics.
• Mentor team members and support recruiting, training, and community-building initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of consulting experience, specifically within the Life Sciences industry with a focus on Sales & Marketing.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience with industry-related data sets such as IQVIA and Symphony.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Scala, and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Ability to travel 70% to 80% depending on client needs.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving aptitude and mastery of Microsoft Office suite.
