Associate Partner, Commercial Ops & Analytics, Life Sciences (Analytics)

Location: Hybrid in Princeton, New Jersey, Boston, or Evanston; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead strategic analytics and commercial operations programs for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
• Manage programs end to end, including client and team leadership, solution design, quality testing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Design analytics solutions for business development, targeting and sizing, forecasting, patient analytics, reporting, and commercial operations.
• Monitor delivery progress and risk, communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and manage project finances, statements of work, and invoices.
• Develop points of view and innovation initiatives while supporting business development and client engagement.
• Build, train, coach, and mentor delivery teams and lead client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 10 years of experience managing and leading analytics, strategy, commercial operations, and consulting initiatives.
• Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences experience across commercial operations, business reporting, data management, and marketing or sales operations.
• Deep expertise in commercial pharmaceutical use cases and broad experience with analytics tools, data sources, and programming languages.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, IQVIA, Veeva, Symphony, SAS, R, Python, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
