Associate Inventory Analyst (Medical Devices)

Location: Netherlands, Brunssum; regular commuting to the European Distribution Centre is required

Salary: Starting from €35,000 per annum, depending on experience

A medical device company developing surgical solutions for patients with musculoskeletal disorders and supporting surgeons and healthcare providers.

What you will do

• Support the Field Inventory Manager with inventory needs for the international sales force.
• Manage inventory activities to achieve case coverage and maximize consignment usage.
• Expedite critical inventory for surgeries when loaner products are unavailable.
• Prepare reports for sales management to assess inventory needs and allocation.
• Identify and maximize consignment inventory in line with inventory efficiency goals and international reports.
• Support inventory needs across countries and help achieve zero missed surgeries caused by inventory shortages.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a medical device sales or operations environment.
• Ability to commute regularly to the European Distribution Centre in Brunssum.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and productively in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
