Project Geotechnical Engineer

What you will do

• Manage geotechnical, forensic, and construction projects, including client communication and budget management.
• Coordinate and participate in field activities such as logging borings, test pits, trenches, and cores.
• Evaluate geologic and seismic hazards, distressed structures, and failed slopes.
• Perform foundation, slope stability, and settlement analyses.
• Prepare geotechnical engineering proposals and reports.
• Provide technical support to staff engineers, geologists, and field technicians.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 4+ years of experience in geotechnical consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering required.
• Local experience and familiarity with local engineering practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
