Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Lestijärvi, Keski-Pohjanmaa, Finland

What you will do

• Set up and manage the local warehouse at a large Nordic wind farm.
• Record all material receipts and issues in SAP for accurate tracking.
• Maintain minimum stock levels according to the Recommended Spare Parts List.
• Analyze material consumption and place orders during fault resolution to minimize downtime.
• Prepare stock tracking and deviation reports for operational transparency.
• Coordinate shipments of materials and equipment to wind-farm warehouses and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management with SAP; AGORA/S4HANA experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent English.
• Valid Finnish B and C driving licences.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of wind-farm and warehouse management operations.
• Finnish language skills.
