What you will do

• Manage the register for in-house repair products, spare parts, and consumables, including incoming and outgoing quality inspections.
• Oversee workshop assets and warehouse stocks to ensure full alignment between system inventory and physical stock.
• Optimize inventory lists to control overall costs, improve turnover rates, and increase spare parts hit rates.
• Implement 5S standards and proactively identify and eliminate potential safety hazards within the working area.
• Coordinate logistics for goods receiving, shipping, returns, and exchanges, tracking proof-of-delivery status.
• Manage the complete service order cycle, including creation, quotation, parts ordering, shipment, invoicing, and closure.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and/or order management.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tianjin, China.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
• Good written and reading proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with vacuum pumps or service order management.
• Proficiency with SAP and Power BI.
