Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Review project requirements and clarify conflicting or missing specifications.
• Plan project activities, costs, and schedules based on team inputs and client scopes.
• Lead design teams to ensure the production of timely, quality deliverables within budget.
• Manage internal cross-discipline coordination and all project-related meetings.
• Control project scope and coordinate changes with management and clients.
• Execute project closeouts and track lessons learned for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen for Security Clearance requirements.
• Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance.
• Current US Passport and Valid/Unrestricted Driver’s License.
• ABET accredited Bachelor of Science Degree.
• 5-7 years of technical experience in an engineering or construction environment.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience, preferably with DoD or Aerospace projects.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or IAPM).
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, SharePoint, SpecsIntact, or RSMeans.
• Experience with CAD, Revit, and Creo.
