What you will do

• Lead New Product Commercialization (NPC) projects, representing Product Development functions to core teams.
• Orchestrate activities across design, engineering, CAD, prototyping, and technical support services.
• Ensure engineering feasibility, manufacturing producibility, and adherence to ISO guidelines.
• Manage the full product design and development process from opportunity assessment to business integration.
• Maintain budget and time guidelines while ensuring high quality and financial returns.
• Collaborate with contracted designers, customers, and an extensive supplier network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or Business required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the product development process
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in Product Development Project Management (Level 2)
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Master's degree or currently pursuing one
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
• Completed 120 points in continuing education
