Principal Product Manager (Operations)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Lead the product vision and strategy for the operations, logistics, and imagery ecosystem from listing through delivery.
• Own seller trust and fraud-prevention systems that detect, prevent, and resolve fraudulent activity.
• Improve how second-hand items are captured, enhanced, presented, and merchandised for buyers.
• Define and deliver the AI agenda for fraud detection, imagery enhancement, catalog quality, and operational speed.
• Drive measurable outcomes including fraud and dispute rates, authentication quality, throughput, time to publish, listing conversion, and NPS.
• Partner with Engineering on scalable architecture and maintain a continuous discovery and test-and-learn culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Deep experience in operations, logistics, trust and safety in e-commerce, or marketplace products.
• Experience owning complex, end-to-end strategies and being accountable for outcomes.
• Experience with fraud, trust and safety, content, or imagery at scale, plus the use of AI or automation to improve products.
• Principal-level influence across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations without direct management responsibility.
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City alongside the Engineering team; bilingual English required.
