Principal Product Manager (PSA Liquidity Platform)

Location: US Remote - California. In-office, remote, or hybrid arrangements are considered; candidates within a one-hour commute of an office are required to work onsite most of the time. Remote candidates may be asked to attend an onsite interview.

Salary: $190,000–$300,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PSA Liquidity product suite, including PSA Partner Offers and eBay Consignment.
• Build buyer tools for targeting, campaign management, budget controls, analytics, and scalable acquisition.
• Partner with Engineering and AI/ML to improve targeting, ranking, conversion, GMV, and offer-to-sale velocity.
• Improve seller experiences for pricing, evaluating options, and completing sales with minimal friction.
• Coordinate execution across business, engineering, design, data, and external partners.
• Define metrics, tracking, feature flags, and A/B tests while resolving cross-system dependencies across grading, collection management, and vaulting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience and a record of shipping and scaling 0-to-1 products with measurable business impact.
• Experience as a senior individual contributor at a high-growth company or scaled consumer platform.
• Fluency in targeting, ranking, pricing, supply-and-demand matching, and two-sided marketplace dynamics.
• Expertise in instrumentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and lifecycle optimization.
• Experience simplifying multi-system flows involving payments, logistics, and risk.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global uses e-Verify.
