Product Manager (Consumer Facing Product)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and analysis through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Maintain the product roadmap and align priorities with business goals.
• Conduct user research, synthesize feedback, and prioritize user problems and product opportunities.
• Write product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Define, track, and report product metrics; design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
• Collaborate with Business, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Business Analysis, and Product Analysis teams to deliver seller tools and core features across Chợ Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt, and Nhà Tốt.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of product management experience.
• Ability to use AI tools and technology to optimize product workflows, drive automation, and enhance product features.
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis, business judgment, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with hands-on execution and weekly deliverables.
• Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer or marketplace products.
• Experience with business tooling.
