Senior Manager, Product Management, Global Sales Support (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Manage the FBA Product Management team, overseeing business trends, program operations, and product development.
• Identify opportunities across seller segments and life cycles to build new products and services that drive seller growth.
• Own the design and development of logistics products for shipping from China to worldwide destinations.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders and global tech teams to enhance product features.
• Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, program managers, and sales operations to achieve launch and adoption goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product/program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Must be based in Shanghai or Shenzhen, China.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proven experience in owning roadmap strategy and end-to-end product delivery.
• Bachelor's degree.
