Principal Product Manager (Logistics): Driving product strategy and execution for e-grocery operations, warehouse automation, and same-day last-mile delivery at a European scale with an accent on operational efficiency, process design, and measurable KPI impact. Focus on leading multiple innovation projects, managing Product Owners, analyzing large datasets, and coordinating Engineering, Operations, and Data teams to build scalable fulfillment capabilities.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days at home; willingness to travel 30–50% to operational sites is required.

What you will do
- Own product strategy, long-term vision, and success metrics for an operations business stream.
- Lead two Senior Product Owners and coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple innovation projects, prioritizing initiatives, resolving dependencies, and removing delivery bottlenecks.
- Identify operational constraints, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across warehouse and last-mile processes.
- Define and monitor input and output KPIs, lead A/B tests and pilots, and conduct post-implementation audits.
- Manage change processes, including documentation, training, and rollout strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, operations, or logistics.
- Experience leading parallel projects, cross-functional teams, and Product Owners or project teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation, last-mile logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Expertise in process design, Lean, Six Sigma, and operational efficiency methodologies.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and use data to improve performance and decision-making.
- Advanced English at C1+ level; German or Czech is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience with AMRs, AutoStore, robotic picking, shuttles, or other automation technologies.
