What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle across engineering, product, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing through signed offers.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, calibrate hiring expectations, and establish clear standards.
• Deliver a fast, warm, and consistently high-quality candidate experience.
• Build recruiting infrastructure, including ATS setup, scorecards, sourcing playbooks, and templates.
• Manage multiple complex searches while maintaining quality and candidate communication.
• Manage external recruiting partners and shape employer branding in competitive talent markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing technology environments.
• Strong technical recruiting experience, including personally closing software engineers, staff engineers, and product designers.
• Creative sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines beyond standard job postings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
• A clear perspective on talent, strong intake and calibration skills, and the confidence to uphold recruiting standards.
