Senior Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid in Glen Cove, NY, with attendance required three days per week at the manufacturing facility

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and own outbound pipelines for manufacturing roles across the organization.
• Run multi-stage outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels while testing and improving messaging.
• Source candidates through trade schools, vocational programs, community networks, referrals, and other nontraditional channels.
• Own full-cycle searches from initial outreach through signed offer and lead offer conversations.
• Partner with manufacturing and plant leadership on role definitions, scorecards, interview processes, titles, leveling, and compensation benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate ATS data in Ashby and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including manufacturing, industrial, or hardware hiring.
• Experience recruiting hourly production workers, skilled trades, manufacturing engineers, and operations leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to run and optimize multi-stage outreach sequences using response and conversion metrics.
• Ability to manage the full recruiting funnel independently and escalate appropriately.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment without established playbooks.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Glen Cove, NY, with three days per week onsite.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience hiring CNC machinists, welders, electricians, or maintenance technicians.
• Experience building recruiting infrastructure and processes from scratch.
• Proficiency with AI sourcing tools and automation platforms.
