Location: On-site in the New York City or San Francisco office, United States

Salary: $160,000–$215,000 base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and emerging roles.
• Manage changing requisitions, absorb recruiting overflow, and lead unconventional searches.
• Build sourcing strategies and playbooks for unfamiliar or first-of-their-kind roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on scorecards, interview loops, and service-level agreements.
• Create targeted outreach and deliver a high-touch candidate experience through offer acceptance.
• Maintain ATS data quality and use funnel metrics to improve recruiting performance.

Requirements

• Versatile full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar roles and build sourcing plans from scratch.
• High agency, adaptability, and comfort reprioritizing as business needs change.
• Strong sourcing skills, an existing network, and persistence in developing new talent pools.
• Data- and process-oriented approach, including tracking time to fill and source yield.
• Experience at fast-growing startups; familiarity with the NYC ecosystem is preferred.
