What you will do

• Lead the development and global strategy of the Deals Desk team, owning the end-to-end process.
• Partner with Legal and Finance as a subject matter expert on complex deal structuring and contract negotiations.
• Coach sales representatives on commercial structuring to increase deal velocity and bookings.
• Develop and document booking policies, approval thresholds, and scalable pricing models.
• Manage partner incentive programs to maximize net revenue and customer value.
• Establish and track KPIs and SLAs to ensure the efficiency of the Deals Desk function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading Deals Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops teams at a high-growth global tech company.
• Proven track record of building strategic pricing functions that drive measurable revenue growth.
• Experience with enterprise-level software agreements, specifically resell and channel relationships.
• Demonstrated expertise in QTC, CPQ, CLM, and SFDC tools.
• Must be located on the East Coast of the United States and operate in the Eastern time zone.
