Solutions Engineer - EMESA North (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with hubs in London or Strasbourg

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical sales process and demonstrate the value of hirify.global's platform.
• Run customer discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concepts, and provide technical guidance.
• Work with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers to help existing customers maximize platform value and identify expansion opportunities.
• Engage partners and service providers on technical collaborations and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to provide customer feedback and contribute to webinars, blog posts, and other content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer for a B2B vendor.
• Experience engaging technical customer personas, including developers and architects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present advanced technical topics and deliver tailored demonstrations.
• Experience with middleware technology, ideally API management, IAM, or integration.
• Good knowledge of REST, JSON, and XML, plus hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Linux, and continuous delivery processes.

Nice to have

• Understanding of event-driven architectures, APIs, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Knowledge of Kafka, gRPC, or GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI agent frameworks and platforms.
• Scripting experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience in SaaS, AI-enabled systems, or open-source communities.
