Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year plus commission for applicants in the NYC area.

hirify.global develops an AI-powered Positionless Marketing platform that helps marketers analyze, create, launch, and optimize personalized campaigns.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales as the product expert during new business cycles, technical calls, integration discussions, and product deep dives.
• Deliver clear, customer-specific product demonstrations and explain how the platform addresses prospect needs.
• Answer technical questions, support RFP completion, and configure innovative solutions for technical and business requirements.
• Use AI to research prospects, build demo assets, improve messaging, and demonstrate hirify.global AI.
• Collaborate with Data and Integration teams and support product education for the Sales organization.
• Develop MarTech expertise and attend conferences and prospect on-site meetings as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, technical customer success, implementation, professional services, or technical support.
• Technical education or experience with foundational knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data structures; HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to explain technology clearly to non-technical audiences, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about technology and willingness to use AI tools to work more effectively.
• Self-driven approach, ownership, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and strong prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MarTech, CRM, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms.
• HTML/CSS experience.
