What you will do

• Deliver product demonstrations and sophisticated proofs of concept for enterprise prospects.
• Provide architectural recommendations and technical guidance throughout complex sales cycles.
• Advise customers on platform integration, configuration, deployment, and adoption.
• Support strategic system integrators and reseller partners with technical expertise.
• Build relationships with CISOs, CDOs, CTOs, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and channel customer feedback to Engineering.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or within reasonable commuting distance to London, England, and available to travel across the UK and EU.
• English: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Deep expertise in graph technologies, with practical Cypher experience and preferably Neo4j.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and the Terraform workflow: init, plan, and apply.
• Experience integrating systems with REST APIs and Apache Kafka or Confluent streaming.
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and Go, plus software implementation and configuration.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI agents using Python.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns such as RAG, MCP, and A2A.
