Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: London or Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; attendance is required three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers as a strategic sales partner.
• Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical, operational, and business pain points and qualify opportunities.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how hirify.global automates and operationalises GRC programmes.
• Validate technical feasibility, integrations, customer environments, workflows, and architectures.
• Shape solution strategy, identify technical risks, and guide stakeholders toward aligned delivery paths.
• Prepare post-sale handoff documentation and provide structured customer feedback to the Product team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the London office three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, GRC consulting, or an equivalent role, including B2B SaaS experience.
• Strong communication, storytelling, active listening, strategic discovery, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud application architecture.
• General knowledge of a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Interest or experience in cybersecurity, GRC, audit, REST APIs, and service integrations is valuable.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a GRC practitioner, auditor, compliance professional, or GRC vendor specialist.
• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
• Curiosity about using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
