Influence Account Director (Influencer Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working. Core working hours are 10am–4pm.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns from talent identification and creative development through implementation and reporting.
• Design influence strategies covering objectives, target audiences, action plans, calendars, and budgets.
• Coordinate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Build talent relationships and lead creative content solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide senior counsel on industry developments, cultural trends, and customer attitudes.
• Lead and inspire junior teams while contributing to new business pitches, market reviews, thought leadership, and industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Influence Account Director or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of influence strategy and experience managing large multi-market campaigns.
• Ability to lead client conversations, resolve problems in real time, and act as an escalation point.
• Strong client relationship-building, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of clients’ strategic and business contexts, with the ability to develop effective solutions.
• Ability to lead integrated creative work across multiple capabilities and crafts.
