What you will do

• Line manage and mentor a team of Paid Social specialists, overseeing their development and recruitment.
• Oversee the production and implementation of comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client KPIs.
• Conduct regular QA checks and optimize campaign performance and pacing across all social platforms.
• Lead client presentations and deliver insightful end-of-campaign reporting and annual reviews.
• Manage relationships with key media partners including Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest.
• Develop tailored testing and learning agendas to drive actionable insights for clients.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
• Proven track record of planning large-scale brand and direct-response paid social campaigns.
• Experience in agency-side line management, including workload and career development.
• Strong analytical skills for compiling detailed reports and identifying performance trends.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to clients and managing external stakeholders.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
