Telesales Representative LAB HR/SLO

Location: Zagreb, City of Zagreb, Croatia; flexible hybrid working model

What you will do

• Sell laboratory products and solutions to the Croatian and Slovenian markets by phone and electronic media from the office.
• Manage inbound leads from dedicated accounts and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare offers, support project execution activities, and provide application and technical advice to customers.
• Manage business-related activities in SAP CRM and track and prepare tenders.
• Develop product and service knowledge across hirify.global’s laboratory portfolio.

Requirements

• Written and spoken Croatian and Slovenian are required.
• Very good English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field, and/or laboratory-based experience, or B2B sales experience.
• Target-driven sales attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience using SAP CRM tools.
