Team Lead (LinkedIn/GoHighLevel)

Location: Remote from any location. Shift: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time, aligned with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST for the client.

hirify.global operates client accounts involving LinkedIn outreach and GoHighLevel campaigns.

What you will do

• Run LinkedIn outreach directly for the assigned pod.
• Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, and contact tagging.
• Coach and lead the pod while tracking team and campaign KPIs.
• Act as the direct point of contact for a US-based client regarding performance and results.
• Own account retention and improve processes across the pod.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator or similar LinkedIn tools.
• Hands-on experience building GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations.
• At least 3 years of experience leading people.
• Experience in franchising, including development, sales, candidate qualification, or growth strategy.
• Sales experience and experience leading remote teams.
• Strong communication skills, experience working with Western clients, and project, operations, or account management experience.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching a lead-generation or outbound team.
• Comfort working with KPI dashboards.
• Experience in a franchise-development agency.
