What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Build active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews, prepare candidate summaries, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients on role requirements, compensation expectations, market feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offers, negotiations, and follow-ups across multiple schedules and time zones.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, dashboards, and recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing technical, functional, communication, career, and culture fit.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS, or similar systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and availability during U.S. client business hours are required.

• Agency recruiting, staffing, or high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across SaaS, technology, finance, property management, or professional services.
