Project Lead Engineer Civil - Renewable Gas

Location: Milan, Italy; travel up to 10% of the time

Salary: €59,000 gross per year minimum; final compensation depends on level, skills, experience, and qualifications

What you will do

• Lead the civil engineering scope for renewable gas projects executed in Europe and/or Italy.
• Own civil engineering activities across tendering, procurement, and execution stages.
• Develop civil design concepts and prepare design inputs for civil, structural, and architectural consultants.
• Contribute to subcontract contractual, technical, and commercial conditions and support contract negotiations.
• Report on construction progress and support project management, operations, and claim management.

Requirements

• Civil or structural engineering background.
• At least 5 years of experience as a design engineer on EPC or consortium projects.
• Experience with large-scale industrial projects in Europe and Italy.
• Knowledge of European codes and standards for civil design and construction.
• Knowledge of structural design software and 3D modeling applications such as Autodesk Revit and Navis.
• Fluent English and Italian, with strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
