What you will do

• Manage daily construction activities, project schedules, budgets, safety, and QA/QC.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of turnkey energy projects from design through commissioning.
• Handle administrative support including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary designers, contractors, and clients to communicate project status and set priorities.
• Lead on-site progress meetings, manage subcontractors, and resolve site-specific risks to mitigate negative impacts.
• Support project bidding and contractor evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar degree.
• 2 to 5+ years of field construction experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent site visits in the greater NYC area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• FE/EIT or CCM certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with computer-aided drafting software, specifically AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Experience with Construction Management software such as Primavera or ProCore.
