What you will do
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop multiple cross-functional engineering teams.
- Set the engineering agenda and create clarity around priorities, ownership, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to balance customer value, business needs, delivery, and technical excellence.
- Provide technical direction and guide teams toward simple, maintainable solutions without acting as an individual contributor.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders on cross-team initiatives.
- Use data and measurable outcomes to improve delivery, reliability, cost efficiency, team effectiveness, and customer impact.
Requirements
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams in a product-oriented environment.
- A strong track record of setting direction, driving execution, and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, feedback, career development, and performance management skills.
- Sufficient technical depth to challenge constructively and guide sound engineering decisions.
- Proactive, structured leadership style with strong ownership, communication, and follow-through.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, modern software engineering practices, automation, observability, and agile product development.

- Experience in e-commerce.
